Fulfil the Wish aims to provide high quality services which meet your needs. We believe we achieve this most of the time; if we are not getting it right, please let us know.
In order to ensure our services remain at a high and improving standard, we have a procedure through which you can let us know if for any reason you are not satisfied with your dealings with the organisation.
We are a small charity run totally by volunteers. If you are unhappy with the charity, please in the first instance raise it with any of our named Trustees. We will try and respond directly within 15 working days.
Where there is an issue with a particular trustee we will pass the complaint to an alternative trustee, ideally one who has not been involved and does not know the complainant where at all possible. We do this to ensure clarity and fairness.
Often we will be able to give you a response straight away. When the matter is more complicated, we will give you at least an initial response within fifteen working days.
Making a written complaint
If you are not satisfied with our response, or wish to raise the matter more formally, please write to board of Trustees at

All written complaints will be logged. You will receive a written acknowledgement within 15 working days. This time is needed as our trustees are geographically disperse and are all volunteers. Many have their own sick and disabled relatives to care for.
Decisions on applications to residential trips and holidays lies with the trustees who must prioritise in accordance with our charity mission. This is to help support sick and disabled children and their families. Our selection process involves levels of vetting, including, wherever possible, a trustee who does not know applicants to ensure fairness of the process. Much as we would love to take all who apply to us, we do not have endless resources and applications always exceed resources. In all cases, the decision of the Board of Trustees is final.
